Warren Railcar Service, Inc. - On or about 8/19/15, approximately 10-15 fire extinguishers were distributed throughout the facility. A monthly fire extinguisher inspection program was not developed and implemented. Monthly fire extinguisher inspections were not being conducted on the ABC fire extinguishers.
