29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): 29CFR1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 degree F (37.8 degree C), were dispensed into containers without the containers being electrically interconnected. Employees dispensed Finish 1 Economy Thinner, a category 2 flammable liquid, from 55 gallon drums located in spray rooms 9 and 11 into plastic or metal secondary containers for use in the spray paint rooms and the dispensing nozzle and containers were not electrically interconnected during dispensing.
