29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1)(ii): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use PPE on knowing what PPE is necessary: (a) On or about 3/11/15 and at other times prior in the Processing and Production areas where employees were exposed to contact with dirty product and dry cleaned product containing residual mineral spirits. Each employee had not been provided specific training on the following: 1. What ppe is necessary. 2. When ppe is necessary. 3. The limitations of the PPE.
