29 CFR 1910.424(c)(3): A diver was not stationed at the underwater point of entry when SCUBA diving was conducted in enclosed or physically confining spaces, is applicable to the Construction Standard 29 CFR 1926.1084 which incorporates the General Industry Requirements: On or about December 20, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, 1 East 11th Street - Slip 3, Riviera Beach, Florida, the employer did not provide a stationed diver at the underwater point of entry when scuba diving is conducted in enclosed or physically confining spaces.
