29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible or marked by a sign reading, EXIT . The employer does not ensure each exit was marked with a sign reading EXIT to identify location of egress in the event of an emergency. This violation was observed on or about November 25, 2014, in the spray booth, exposing employees to the hazard of smoke inhalation and burn. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure each exit is clearly visible and marked by a sign reading, EXIT .
