29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): Complete inspections of the crane was not being performed at intervals as generally defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(b) of this section: a). On or about 11/18/14, on site, for a Skydyne employee working at The Skydyne Company, Port Jervis, NY, in the dip tank area. The employee is using a 2000lb crane to dip metal pieces into the dipping tanks. The employer did not conduct periodic inspections of the crane at 1 to 12 month intervals.
