29 CFR 1910.106(e)(2)(ii): "Containers." Flammable liquids were not stored in tanks or closed containers: a. On or about October 7, 2014, paint mix and storage room, a cover was lacking at an opening of a can of VM &P Naphtha Thinner (flammable liquid) that was not in use and which exposes employees to fire and explosion hazards. b. On or about October 15, 2014, paint mix and storage room, a cover was lacking on an opening of a can of T819 Solvent 150 Thinner (flammable liquid) and a can of VM&P Naphtha Thinner (flammable liquid) that sat on the floor and were not in use which exposes employees to fire and explosion hazards.
