29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rests were not kept adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one-eighth inch to prevent the work from being jammed between the wheel and the rest, which may cause wheel breakage: a/ Inside of the Maintenance Department, the two work rests belonging to the pedestal mounted dual abrasive wheel grinder, unknown make, model, or serial number, were not within one-eighth of an inch from the wheel. The left work rest was approximately three-fourths of an inch away. The right work rest was approximately three-eighths of an inch away.
