29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: A.) R.M. Construction, LLC, 2020 Edinboro Road, Erie, PA 16509, on or about October 2, 2014 and times prior thereto: An employee performing work duties, including, but not limited to, setting exterior walls and cutting lumber on the second floor of the structure. Fall protection hazards, including, but not limited to, unprotected edges and openings, existed on the second floor of the structure. The employee did not have fall protection training.
