29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee is fit tested or was required to use the respirator in the workplace: Complete Liquidations dba The Furniture Exchange/North Brunswick, NJ - Throughout the warehouse: Employees, who were required to wear respirators, such as 3M half face and 3M full face respirators, were not provided with a medical evaluation prior to the use of the respirator in the workplace. Condition observed on or about July 2, 2013.
