29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(i): Oxygen cylinders were being stored near highly combustible material, especially oil and grease; near reserve stocks of carbide and acetylene or other fuel-gas cylinders, or near any other substance likely to cause or accelerate fire. a) Shop Area, Weatherford U.S. L.P., 134 Wickwire Way, Towanda, PA: On or about October 1, 2012, oxygen cylinders were stored directly adjacent to acetylene cylinders in the south corner of the building. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation.
