29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: a) On or about April 9, 2012 and at times prior, the employer had not implemented an effective housekeeping program at the facility to maintain all surfaces as free as practicable from accumulations of lead. Surface wipe samples were collected during the inspection from the floor and other surfaces in the battery room which yielded results of high levels of lead (up to 7368 ug).
