29 CFR 1910.303(e): Markings were not provided on electrical equipment giving voltage, current, wattage, and other ratings as necessary: (a) On March 07, 2025, and at times prior thereto, the plant manager and maintenance employees were exposed to 110 volts of electricity when replacing a fuse in the Pony Panel. (b) On March 07, 2025, and at times prior thereto, employees performing servicing or maintenance on the Schurman Machine Incorporated Edger Saw Model No. 6TA60, Serial No. 2512 disconnect electrical energy at various electrical panels (buckets) including the Pony Panel.
