29 CFR 1926.1101(h)(1)(i):Respirators were not used during all Class I asbestos jobs: (a) Former Hotel Property at 677 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 - On or about December 20th, 2024, employees performed Class I asbestos work during the demolition and subsequent removal of duct material which contained up to 60% chrysotile asbestos, without the use of a respirator. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
