29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: At the workplace located at 1020 Merchant St. Emporia, KS , employees engaged in stocking and cleaning activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that a written hazard communication program had not been developed, implemented and maintained at the workplace. Employees were handling cleaning solutions such as Lysol No Rinse Sanitizer. The hazards associated with this chemical are severe skin burns and eye damage.
