29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: On or about August 5th, 2024, employees engaged in maintenance activities in the commercial bakery facility located at 4657 G Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68117, were exposed to the unexpected release of hazardous energy sources in that employees were performing maintenance activities on equipment that requires the isolation of hazardous energy sources without having been trained in accordance with this subpart.
