29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which described how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200 paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training would be met: a) Angelo's Marble and Granite Inc. located at or near 2500 Ellsworth Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146 - On or about April 16, 2024, a written Hazard Communication Program was not provided where employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals throughout the stone cutting and finishing processes. Employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to the following: -Flammable liquid, as contained in the drums marked 'UN 1133 Adhesives.' -Sodium hypochlorite, as contained in Clorox Regular-Bleach. -etc.
