29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. a) 851-859 Communipaw Ave., Jersey, NJ The employer failed to have each employee installing Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) to a building exterior with Werner's pump jack scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and understand processes to control or minimize those hazards. The employees were exposed to fall hazards at approximately 42 feet to the ground. Violation occurred on or about February 2, 2024.
