29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction area was not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazard: 800 West Street, Pittsfield, MA: On or about October 12, 2023, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards and the employer did not ensure the use of temporary traffic control signs for the protection of construction workers, and to warn road users that road work is taking place and what actions the road user must take to drive through the work zone.
