29 CFR 1910.177(c)(1): The employer shall provide a program to train all employees who service rim wheels in the hazards involved in servicing those rim wheels and the safety procedures to be followed: On or about July 11, 2023, at a workplace located at 5843 Tower Drive, Florence, Wisconsin in the Truck Shop; the employer did not provide a program to train all employees, working in the Truck Shop tasked with changing tires and rims, in safety procedures to be followed when servicing single-piece rim wheels.
