29 CFR 1910.1024(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not ensure that each employee stored and kept beryllium-contaminated personal protective clothing and equipment separate from street clothing, and that storage facilities prevented cross-contamination, as specified in the written exposure control plan required by paragraph (f)(1) of this standard: Location: Foundry On or about 5/11/2023, employees stored beryllium contaminated PPE coveralls inside personal lockers, which also stored street clothes. A storage facility and locker room was not designed to prevent cross-contamination.
