29 CFR 1910.213(a)(9): All belts, pulleys, gears, shafts, and moving parts shall be guarded in accordance with the specific requirements of 1910.219. On or about December 20, 2022, to January 6, 2023, at an establishment located at 200 Woodland Drive in Random Lake, Wisconsin; the drive belt and pulleys on the Sicotte Horizontal Boring Machine were not guarded to prevent contact with the three in-going nip points created by the drive motor and the gears on the backside of horizontal boring heads.
