29 CFR 1926.1153(i)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee covered by this section could demonstrate knowledge and understanding of at least the information contained in paragraphs (i)(2)(i)(A)-(i)(2)(i)(F) of this standard. a) BAPS Northeast-Front Lot, 100 North Main St, Robbinsville, NJ 08691: The employer did not ensure that an employee working on a crew involved in the mixing of cement for curb work and creating dust containing crystalline silica was trained on the information required by the standard before starting the job, occurred on or about September 23, 2022. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
