29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a. In the maintenance shop at the RV service area: On or about June 22, 2022, the employer exposed employees to health hazards, in that the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program which described requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h), while employees were required to store, transport and use flammables, irritants, and carcinogens, such as but not limited to: Safety-Kleen Premium Solvent, Macs Brake Cleaner, 2-Minute Remover, and 4.2 VOC Fast Activator.
