29 CFR 1910.1052(k)(1)(iii): The employer did not include methylene chloride in the hazard communication program established to comply with hazard communication standard (HCS) (1910.1200) and did not ensure each employee was trained in accordance with the requirements of HCS and paragraph (l) of this section: At a worksite located at 614 W Johnathan Dr, Marionville, MO 65705: Employees were exposed to toxic or hazardous substances in the form of methylene chloride. This was demonstrated on or about June 3, 2022, and at times prior to, when employees were applying a spray adhesive material to laminate wood products that contained methylene chloride. The employer failed to include methylene chloride as part of their hazard communication program and did not train employees on the hazards associated with the use of the chemical.
