29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a.) Gasbarre Products, Inc.; on or about 5/5/2022 and at times prior thereto, employees conducted servicing and maintenance work on machines and equipment that included but was not limited to press brakes. Annual periodic inspections of the lockout/ tagout procedures (energy control procedures) had not been conducted.
