29 CFR 1910.134(h)(1): Respirators were not cleaned and disinfected using the procedures in Appendix B-2 of 29 CFR 1910.134 or equivalent procedures recommended by the respirator manufacturer: (Construction Reference 1926.103) At a worksite located at 1956 NE Parvin Rd, Kansas City, MO 64116: The employer is failing to protect employees from the health hazards associated with asbestos. This was demonstrated on or about April 21, 2022, and at times prior to when the employer did not ensure that employees working with Class II asbestos-containing materials and required to wear respiratory protection; were properly cleaned after use.
