29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(ii)(B): Control circuit devices, such as push buttons, selector switches, and interlocks, were used as the sole means for deenergizing circuits and equipment: (a) On or about 3/16/2022, and at times prior, at 38669 Highway 77, Ashland, AL 36251, in the paint room, at paint booth 3015, employees installing light fixtures in the paint booth were exposed to electrical hazards when push buttons were utilized to deenergize circuits and equipment.
