29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(i): Oxygen cylinders were stored near highly combustible material, especially oil and grease; or near reserve stocks of carbide and acetylene or other fuel-gas cylinders, or near other substance likely to cause or accelerate fire: a. 135 National Rd., Edison, NJ - Maintenance Welding Area The employer did not ensure that oxygen cylinders were not stored in the same location as acetylene or other fuel cylinders. The employer authorized employees engaged in metal can manufacturing activities and welding activities to store oxygen and acetylene cylinders directly next to one another on a storage cart located inside the working area. Violation observed on or about December 29, 2021 and April 7, 2022
