29 CFR 1910.213(b)(3):Provisions were not made to prevent woodworking machine(s) from automatically restarting upon restoration of power after power failure: At the Plastic Shop, employees engaged in production activities were exposed to amputation hazards in that the Craftsman Table Saw did not have an "anti-restart" device installed to prevent from automatically restarting of the machine upon restoration of power after power failure.
