29 CFR 1910.1024(m)(4)(i)(A): The employer did not provide information and training in accordance with the HCS (29 CFR 1910:1200(h)), for each employee who did, or could reasonably be expected to have airborne exposure to or dermal contact with beryllium: a)State Metal Industries, H Furnace: Furnace operators that were directed to enter H furnace to clean were not provided training on the hazards of beryllium, on or about 12/9/21. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFIACATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENATIONS FOR THEIS ITEM. FAILUTE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1,000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29CFR 1903.19
