29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer used written materials, such as signs, placards, process sheets, or batch tickets in lieu of affixing labels to individual stationary process containers that failed to identify the container(s) to which they were applicable and did not convey the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): On or about May 25, 2021, employees exposed to potential chemical hazards through the use of CRC 3-36 Multipurpose Lubricant and Corrosive Inhibitor in an unlabeled spray bottle, and the employer did not label the bottle with the following: a. Product identifier; Signal word; Hazard statement; Pictogram; Precautionary Statement; and Name, address, and telephone number of the chemical manufacturer, importer, or other responsible party OR b. Product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, will provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical.
