29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: a) Brent Spence Bridge, I-75 Northbound, between Covington KY and Cincinnati, OH: On or about April 22, 2021 and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard of greater than 14 feet, in that the workers were not using the fall protection (horizontal life line) that was installed while performing sand blasting and painting operations in the containment area.
