29 CFR 1910.1018(k)(1):All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of inorganic arsenic. (a) Bottom of stair rail in back of the building; On or about and times prior to April 26, 2021, employees were exposed to inorganic arsenic due to he employer not ensuring all workplace surfaces were as free as practicable of the accumulation of arsenic. Wipe samples were collected on April 22, 2021 and April 26, 2021 with the following results for arsenic: - 2.19 milligrams per 100 square centimeters. (b) On/off buttons in auger room, back of building; On or about and times prior to April 26, 2021, employees were exposed to inorganic arsenic due to he employer not ensuring all workplace surfaces were as free as practicable of the accumulation of arsenic. Wipe samples were collected on April 22, 2021 and April 26, 2021 with the following results for arsenic: - 7.93 milligrams per 100 square centimeters.
