Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to caught-in hazards: (a) On or about July 1, 2021, and at times prior, for the employees exposed to caught-in hazards where the conveyors above and below the sugar silos did not have safety pull cords at 7525 Red River Road in Wahpeton, North Dakota.
