29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Scaffold platforms and walkways were not at least 18 inches wide: a) Section 12: On or about February 23, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards while utilizing self-supporting ladders as supports for a 10 inch wide wooden plank (used as an elevated scaffold working surface) during painting operations. Key Structures, LLC, exposed employees to fall from heights hazards.
