29 CFR 1926.752(d): Pre-planning of overhead hoisting operations. All hoisting operations in steel erection were not pre-planned to ensure that the requirements of 1926.753(d) are met. On or about 05/12/2020 employees at the PDQ, INC. steel erection jobsite were exposed to overhead hazards during hoisting operations. Employer did not conduct pre-planning prior to conducting overhead hoisting operations.
