29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented, and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in activities covered by 29 CFR 1910.147: A) Morral Companies, LLC, located at 132 Postle Avenue, Morral, OH 43337: On or about April 16, 2020, the employer did not develop and implement specific procedures to control hazardous energy capable of being isolated through lock out for the Lawn Mixer located in the Liquid Department. Employees did not control mechanical hazardous energy sources, such as the mixer's agitator, before conducting cleaning/unjamming activities inside the Lawn Mixer. Employees were exposed to mechanical hazards.
