29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: The employer is failing to ensure that all employees are not exposed to electrical shock hazards when working near exposed and energized wiring. This was most recently documented on or about February 20, 2020 in the dry warehouse of the Hiland Dairy plant located at 2901 Cuming Street, Omaha, NE 68131. Two opening were observed on the same circuit breaker panel box. One opening on the side and one open circuit breaker opening.
