29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to the joints or terminal screws: JOB SITE: 108 Business Highway 61, Bowling Green, MO 63334, on or about 1/28/2020, The Bridgeport Vertical Milling Machine power supply cord lacked strain relief at the male receptacle which was plugged into the wall electrical outlet. The workers were exposed to a potential electrical hazard.
