29 CFR 1910.1025(g)(2)(v): Contaminated protective clothing to be cleaned, laundered, or disposed of, was not placed in a closed container to prevent dispersion of lead outside the container: On or about January 22, 2020 and January 23, 2020, at Line 39 Processing Area, Lead contaminated protective clothing hung outside of a closed cardboard box. The employer did not enforce that Lead contaminated protective clothing be contained within a closed container to prevent dispersion of Lead outside the container which exposes employees to Lead.
