29 CFR 1910.1052(d)(2): The employer did not perform initial monitoring to determine each employee's exposure to methylene chloride: On, or about September 10, 2019, at the location of 4899 Commerce Parkway, Cleveland OH, 44128, in the welding department, the employer failed to perform initial monitoring to determine each employee's exposure to methylene chloride, when welders worked with Radnor Solvent Based ANTISPLATTER (Aerosol), a chemical which contained 73%-84% methylene chloride.
