29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of copper dust listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 1 milligram per cubic meter: On September 19, 2019, the 1212 Grinder (North Side) was exposed to an airborne concentration of 1.4327 milligrams per cubic meter of copper dust, which is 1.4 times the 8 hour Time Weighted Average permissible exposure limit concentration of 1 milligram per cubic meter. The sample was taken over 428 minutes. Zero exposure was assumed for the remaining 52 minutes.
