29 CFR 1910.212(a)(5): Fan blade guard(s) were not provided where the periphery of the blades was less than seven feet from the floor or working level: On or about June 11, 2019; and at times prior thereto; in the cabinet production area, employees used a portable shop fan with the center section of the guard missing exposing the rotating metal blades of the fan. Employees were exposed to laceration and/or amputation hazards.
