29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: In the following locations, relocatable power taps were energized through an extension cord, which is not an acceptable practice in the UL Whitebook for the use of power tap devices: A. Bread Oven, Start End: On, or about, January 24, 2019, a relocatable power tap was energized through a yellow extension cord to power a pedestal fan and an oven camera monitor. B. Roll Oven, Finish End: A relocatable power tap was energized through a yellow and black extension cord to power a water cooler and oven camera monitor.
