29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: Site- On or about January 23, 2019, an employee who had not received lock out/tag out training was not protected from an amputation and severe laceration hazard while replacing two cutting heads on the GreCon FDrF 205 600 800 finger joiner where the finger joiner was not deenergized, locked out, or tagged out and the work was done without using alternative measures which provide effective protection.
