29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): Shop area of the warehouse; On or about 6/12/18, the employer did not develop and implement a hazard communication program for the chemicals used in the shop area. Chemicals include various Mohawk Wood Finishing products that contain solvents such as acetone, toluene and methanol. Solvents can cause various central nervous system effects. It also includes a paint remover that contains methylene chlorine, which may cause cancer.
