29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1)(ii): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use PPE on knowing what PPE is necessary: Southern Tire Mart, Covington, GA - On or about May 29, 2018, and at times prior, the employer failed to provide training to employees performing the maintenance of propane forklifts, employees have to change the propane fuel forklift without adequate personal protective equipment or training. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
