29 CFR 1926.303(b)(1): Grinding machines were not equipped with safety guards in conformance with the requirements of ANSI B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care, and Protection of abrasive wheels, and paragraph (d) of this section. Floor 23 Near HR1: On or about 4/25/18 an employee was using an electric 4.5" right angle hand-held grinder, attached to a wooden pole, without the safety guard installed
