29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h): a. 580 Port Carteret Drive, Carteret, NJ The employer did not develop, maintain, and implement a written hazard communication program at the facility. Maintenance employees worked with chemicals including, but no limited to compressed oxygen, acetylene, and commercial cleaning supplies that included, but were not limited to, Sodium Metasilicate, ammonium chloride, alcohol, and ammonia on a daily basis. Violation occurred on or about April 11, 2018
